		<description>Gretchen- Thanks for commenting (and for the inspiration, your challah looked delicious)!  Since then I went out and bought a torch, and I got to do the tops of the leftover creme brulee with it.  So yummy, and so much easier.  Although I also read somewhere since then that another way to get the same result is to melt the sugar in a pan and then spoon it on.  A good solution if you haven&#039;t got a broiler or a torch!</description>
